How can I help?

Are you feeling drained and downhearted from lack of sleep? Is your exhaustion overshadowing the joy of being a parent? If you are struggling with sleepless nights, nightmare naps, bedtime battles or early morning rising, you no longer need to struggle alone.

I understand, I have been where you are, with my eldest daughter Daisy, and I want to help you and your family achieve the dream of sleep happiness.

My personalised sleep services are for babies and young children, from birth to 6 years old and include sleep-shaping practices for babies under 18 weeks old. 

​

A few common challenges I can help with are: difficulty settling to sleep, resisting bedtimes, catnapping, nap transitions, frequent night wakings, night weaning, moving away from co-sleeping, transitioning from cot to bed as well as any other sleep struggles you may be facing.

With Little Daisy Dreams, there is no ‘cry it out’ method, I only believe in gentle, evidence-based approaches which are tailored to your individual child’s needs and personality.

Babies are not born with a natural ability to fall asleep, it is a learned skill. Our children need to be taught how to walk, eat and use the toilet but we assume they can learn to fall asleep. By applying my gentle and responsive guidance, you can teach your little one the skill of sleep. The results will mean the whole family sleeping soundly and waking happy.
